Robert Half Finance is seeking an ambitious, experienced Accounting Manager for an immediate opening at a dynamic, progressive company. In this position, you will be responsible for timely and accurate reporting of corporate financial results in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. This position requires hands-on accounting system knowledge and full professional competency. The Accounting Manager is required to ensure conformance with regulations, accounting principles, and financial and operating controls. The ideal candidate should be able to establish and scale company accounting and finance operations. This position is a terrific opportunity for full-time employment that is located in the Seattle, Washington area. How you will make an impact: ? Direct month-end closing tasks and prepare monthly financial statement reporting ? Review journal entries required to record accruals, prepaid expenses, cost allocations and other activity for areas of assigned responsibility ? Provide timely and accurate external compliance reporting to the private equity firm and bank ? Partner with the other RUI departments by providing accurate financial reporting and assists other departments with an understanding of their business results ? Lead, manage and motivate a team of professionals in the on-going accounting business objectives ? Responsible for various financial accounting and reporting related projects ? Manage internal and external audit and prepares audited financial statements and footnotes ? Establish and maintain GAAP accounting and financial reporting polices, systems and procedures used in the organization ? Evaluate the reliability of internal accounting report systems and related data ? Develop action plans to implement new requirements Salary: DOE + Bonus + Benefits Benefits: ? Accounting Manager Job Requirements

? Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred ? Solid understanding of preparing financial statements ? 5+ years of accounting experience in a corporate environment ? Considerable knowledge of payroll administration, including federal and state regulations ? Highly competent as a coach, teacher, trainer. Able to provide guidance and direction to others to ensure the work is properly executed. ? Drive improvements to upgrade the financial organization and reporting environment to meet the strategic objectives of the business ? Able to implement controls processes and systems to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting ? Proactive style with the ability to interpret data and act quickly. Ability to interact with Senior Management ? Problem solver with focus on providing, creating, effective solutions. Ability to develop action plans and execute timely and effective resolution ? Superior analytical and quantitative skills. ? Excellent customer service skills. ? Demonstrated supervisory and other interpersonal skills ?
